EULA - End User License Agreement

ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE. BY USING THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE, AND MUST PROMPTLY DELETE IT FROM YOUR COMPUTER(S).

This LICENSE defines what you may and may not do with the AstroGrav Software, and contains limitations on warranties and liabilities. If you are unable or unwilling to accept these conditions in full, then, notwithstanding the conditions in the remainder of this LICENSE, you may not use the program at all.
ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE LICENSE

The AstroGrav Software License allows you to use the AstroGrav Software on any number of computers. You may redistribute an unregistered copy of the AstroGrav Software by any means (CDROM, cover disk, website, etc) as long as you do not change the original package, and distribute only the original package.
RESTRICTIONS

You MAY NOT:
(1) sublicense, lease, rent, or sell the AstroGrav Software to any other party;
(2) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, or modification of the AstroGrav Software;
(3) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from the AstroGrav Software;
(4) transfer registration details to any other party without the express written permission of AstroGrav Astronomy Software.
TERM OF LICENSE

This LICENSE shall continue for as long as you use the AstroGrav Software according to the terms of this agreement. However, this LICENSE will terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions. You agree, upon termination, to destroy all copies of the AstroGrav Software.
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP

The AstroGrav Software and its source code are owned by AstroGrav Astronomy Software and are protected by copyright law, international copyright treaty, and other intellectual property laws. The AstroGrav Software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the AstroGrav Software and do not acquire any rights, either expressed or implied, in the AstroGrav Software other than those specified in this LICENSE.
LIMITED WARRANTY

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, AND ACCURACY IS WITH YOU. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND ASTROGRAV ASTRONOMY SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTROGRAV ASTRONOMY SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ASTROGRAV ASTRONOMY SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, ASTROGRAV ASTRONOMY SOFTWARE'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES

THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE IS NOT DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, OR INTENDED FOR USE IN HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENTS REQUIRING FAIL-SAFE PERFORMANCE, SUCH AS IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES, WEAPONS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE ASTROGRAV SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE. ASTROGRAV ASTRONOMY SOFTWARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR "HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES".
GENERAL

If any provision of this LICENSE is found void or unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In such event, each provision of this LICENSE that is invalid or unenforceable shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision as similar in terms to such invalid or unenforceable provision as may be possible.
